02Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you contact us through our contact form, by email, or when you sign up for our newsletter or download a resource, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company/organisation name, the subject and content of your message, and any other details you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, referring URLs, pages viewed and time spent on the Site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
Form security (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses activity on the Site to tell humans apart from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

04Client testimonials & portfolio
We showcase the work we do with clients through testimonials, reviews, case studies and portfolio examples.
If you engage Orvador for services, you acknowledge that we may request feedback regarding our work. Where you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, rating, or feedback, you grant Orvador a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to reproduce, publish, modify for formatting purposes, and display such testimonial for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may identify you using your name, company or organisation name, logo, website, job title, and publicly available information solely for the purpose of accurately representing our work.
We respect reasonable confidentiality requests. If a separate written agreement (including an NDA or contract) restricts disclosure, that agreement will take precedence.
06Third-party services we use
We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Site and our business, which may process limited personal data on our behalf, including website hosting, Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Ads), and our email/newsletter platform. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of data.

Enquiry and contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and our ongoing relationship; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; and analytics data according to the provider's retention settings.

12Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
